1. Make a schedule
Set up a realistic schedule that will go with easily fit in your current routine. If you set an unrealistic schedule you will be less likely to stick to it.
2. Treat yourself to new work out clothes and shoes.
When you look good, you feel good and that counts for working out too. Plus if you’ve had your shoes for a couple of years they may need to be retired so that’s even more reason to go shopping.
3. Try Jump-roping.

4. Get a workout partner.
Working out with a partner will not only make working out more fun, but will hold you accountable to get to the gym this Spring.
5. Get off the scale.
The scale can be decieving when you look at yourself and your toned, but the scale says you weigh more. Don’t worry! Muscle mass weighs more than fat so don’t worry about what the scale says, and keep doing your workout routine.
